SPECIALTY TRAINING CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
ATC FIT
a 60 minute class that uses functional movements to challenge the body with uncommon and unique equipment and devices such as tires, ropes, sledge hammers and more. These movements paired with conventional exercises targeting each day's muscle group, creates a work out that sheds pounds and increases stamina. The outdoor class will challenge any elite athlete or supplement any current work out routine.
Tribe Training - Exclusively at Six Mile Cypress
Choose from 3 different, 6-week high intensity programs.
Free trial to members and non-members. June 12 - 16.
